Spend your time relaxing in a quiet setting with easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, shopping, antiques, car racing at Limerock Park, restaurants and private schools such as Hotchkiss, Salisbury, Indian Mountain and Berkshire. The space 4 bedrooms ….two with queen beds, 1 with double bed and one with two single beds, large kitchen, dining room, living room, office/den, two full bathrooms, and a beautiful front porch. Large lawn and plenty of space to barbecue or play outdoor games. Guest access The entire house excluding basement or attic for guest to use. The side door opens to a beautiful mud room with lots of space to hang coats and leave your shoes. A secondary glass door welcomes guests into the kitchen. Other things to note There are three ski areas just a short drive from the house. Mohawk is 15 minutes, Catamount and Butternut are both within 30 minutes. The ski jumps in Salisbury are just 15 minutes away. For cross country skiing, just 5 minutes from the house is Great Mountain Forest with miles of dirt roads for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. Limerock Park has multiple events from the Spring through Autumn. Multiple places to grab a quick bite or relax for a quiet dinner are close by. Multiple private schools within minutes such as Hotchkiss, Salisbury, Berkshire and Indian Mountain.
