The residence is quiet, secure, with two enclosed parking spaces, and just an 8-minute walk from the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathrooms, the furnished covered terrace, and the private garden. They also have access to the residence’s swimming pool, subject to the condominium’s rules and opening hours, as well as the two gated parking areas within the residence, with parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
