Independent studio rated 3*** "Les Hirondelles". Tourist taxes included. Located 10 METERS from our house, on one level, in the Gers, not isolated. Consists of a 140x200 cm bed that can be separated into 2 beds, a shower room with toilet, a kitchen, a terrace, and parking spaces. A 10-minute drive to Mauvezin, where you will find everything (Super U, restaurants, bakeries, etc.) The space I AM ON SITE, 10 meters from the studio if you need me. Otherwise, I try to be as unobtrusive as possible. The studio is non-smoking, with an ashtray available outside. The tap water is spring water from the Pyrenees. It is Barousse water (natural spring water collected in the Barousse Valley, in the heart of the Pyrenees). The water is transported by gravity from the mountains to the reservoirs, which reduces the need for energy-intensive pumping. The TV is a connected Hisense 40A4K – 40" class A4K Series LED-backlit LCD TV – Smart TV – VIDAA – 1080p 1920 x 1080 – Direct LED – brushed black. Free fiber WiFi. Please respect the check-out time: BEFORE 11:00 AM. Sheets, pillows, comforters and bath towels are provided. The toilet is in the bathroom, with toilet paper included. The nightly price includes the occupancy tax, and everything else is my responsibility. In the bathroom, there is 1 toilet, 1 vanity unit with a sink and drawers, and a towel rack (heated in winter). For winter, there is heating in "heat" mode on the remote control. All you have to do is choose the desired temperature. I make the bed with 1 duvet, so you don't have to do it. The 140x200 cm bed can be separated into 2 beds as you wish, with suitable sheets (if you want 2 separate beds, I will adjust the sheets accordingly and separate the 2 beds). There is an electric shutter with a white curtain in the kitchen (for your privacy) and a white curtain for daytime and a blue blackout curtain for nighttime in the bedroom. For summer, there is air conditioning. It is set to "cool" mode, and it's up to you to choose your ideal temperature. The studio's terrace with a table and chairs is available for you to have your meals or relax. The parasol is in the studio. Two sun loungers with pool towels are at your disposal in summer (from early May to early September) by the 4x8 saltwater pool, which is 1.50 m deep and unheated. I will not make the pool private. Guest access If you need to leave very early in the morning or quickly, please lock the studio and drop the key in the lockbox. Other things to note - The only pets allowed are DOGS and CATS, and they are allowed free of charge. - Dogs are not allowed IN the pool. - Pets must always be under YOUR SUPERVISION. - The garden is not fenced. - The 4x8 saltwater pool is unheated and shared with the owners. - I will not make the pool private. - I prefer to work with Airbnb.
