This beautiful mansion in the heart of Germany offers spacious accommodation for family & friends. It is perfectly central, just 5 minutes from the A38. With its own park, an idyllic private lake behind the courtyard, play areas for children & a spacious kitchen with living room, it is the ideal retreat. The accommodation offers 5 (up to 6+) individually furnished rooms + 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor & an event kitchen, living room with fireplace and separate toilet on the ground floor. The space You can park your car in front of the main entrance to unpack (food/drinks...). You can access the terrace in front via 4 steps. Via the terrace you enter through the main entrance into a large entrance hall. Several doors lead off from here. On the left is the kitchen door. In the kitchen is the passage door to the living room. This is the enclosed area that is only used by you. The guest toilet is across from the kitchen on the other side of the entrance. The main entrance, the entrance and the guest toilet are also only used by you. The guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the manor house. You can reach it via the side staircase. Accessible via the side entrance (ascent via the staircase to the 2nd floor). On the 3rd floor there is a long corridor with several rooms. These can all be locked separately. The two bathrooms are also in the hallway. For your information: In the hallway (at the beginning) there is also a separate self-contained apartment that is permanently rented out. How do you get to the ground floor? - If you go down the staircase again, you will reach the already mentioned entrance via a connecting corridor. So you DON'T have to enter from the outside via the main entrance. This is just an option B. You should know that this is a very large house and you have to climb some stairs. The rooms are therefore not directly above the common rooms! The hallway on the 2nd floor is also access for the tenant of the granny flat. Rooms and common rooms are therefore not a self-contained apartment. Since it is a large house, the ground floor and 2nd floor are naturally somewhat apart. But, since only the bedrooms with bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and your common rooms and access to the park and terrace on the ground floor, you do not need to constantly walk up and down. The rooms are also very large, so you have a lot of space for fun and games there. Advantage: If children take a nap, the noise in the living room or kitchen does not disturb!
