To enter the apartment, you’ll need to step up one small stair. Guest access The flat is all yours. Other things to note Due to the high summer temperatures currently experienced across Europe, it can also get quite warm in Falkensee. The apartment is equipped with an underfloor cooling system that can typically reduce the indoor temperature by around 2–3°C. As the system operates with moderate cooling temperatures, the floor may still feel warm rather than cold. Please note that there is no additional active air conditioning available in the apartment. Guests 3 and 4 will sleep in the living room on the comfortable pull-out sofa bed. If you’re a group of 5, an extra sleeping space will be prepared in the office. Please note: Once the bed is set up, the desk will no longer be accessible during your stay. The central cooling system works through the underfloor heating infrastructure and is controlled via the same wall thermostats used for heating. This system lowers the indoor temperature by a few degrees and provides a more pleasant climate on hot summer days — though it doesn’t offer full air conditioning.
