House is in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from shopping, restaurants and places like Legoland, Oceanside harbor and beach, Camp Pendleton, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and many more. This is downstairs bedroom with private bath. The guests will have full access to kitchen, living room and family room, and can also enjoy the drinks on a patio and make their own BBQ. Full access to Kitchen, Living room and Family room. Laundry room is also available. Feel free to make your own meal in the kitchen or on our BBQ in the backyard. Depending on time of the year, I may be living in the house permanently, however, I enjoy socializing with my guests when they are in the living room, family room or kitchen.
