Bedroom layout: Bedroom 1: King size bed (1) Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1) Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (1) Bedroom 4: Queen size bed (1), sofa bed (1) - Detached guest suite Check in - 4pm Check out - 11am 24-hour check-in. Contactless check-in and departure. Pool and Spa Heating ARE NOT available. **Our pools are professionally cleaned and maintained by a licensed pool company every Friday. ** The yard is professionally maintained every other week Trash bins are pulled out every Sunday by a staff member. Late check-outs are not available. We kindly ask that all guests' belongings be removed from the home by the designated check-out time. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Access to the whole house with the exception with some locked areas. The fireplaces are not available for use. The garage is not available for guest use. Guest can park within premises. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration. -------- A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund. Additional contact information may be requested after booking to comply with local regulations. -------- Security Deposit of $500 for booking over 30 nights. -------- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250. -------- Wildlife Advisory: Our home is located in a nature-rich area, and occasional sightings of small wildlife or field rodents may occur. We have routine pest control service in place, and precautionary measures such as mouse traps have been set to help prevent indoor activity. For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that all doors remain closed at all times. -------- Although we have routine pest control service in place, please avoid leaving any food out, as it can attract ants. If ants are found, we will take action to eliminate them. -------- Quiet time: between 10 p.m. - 7a.m. as mandated by Riverside County. During this time, all outdoor activities are prohibited, including fire pit and pool/spa use. Please ensure all activities are kept indoors during these hours. -------- Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the home. Feel free to bring your favorite indoor shoes or slippers for added comfort during your stay. We appreciate your understanding -------- “Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation. -------- There is an extra charge of $50 per night for each guest beyond the 6th guest. ----- Parking: Parking is limited to the property, with a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. No street parking allowed. No party buses or RVs are permitted, and outdoor camping or sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Garage parking is not available. --------- Riverside County Ordinance 927.2, weddings, events, and parties are not permitted. The guest limit is 20 people at any time.
