Guest Access: The house, including Sauna space and rooftop foot bath, is a completely private space, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay as if you were at home. The Neighborhood: 【Parking】 There are parking spaces for two cars on the property. Please check the size carefully. (approx. 2.8m width x 8.0m length) Depending on the size, only one car may be available. If your car overflows onto the street, please use a coin-operated parking lot in the vicinity. Getting Around: From JR Onomichi Station, it takes 15 min on foot Other Things to Note: This property has no front desk. All check-in details, including the address and exterior photos, will be sent to you via message on the day of your arrival. After your reservation is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a guest registration form and upload a photo of your government-issued ID. Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM Please adhere to these times, as we need to clean for the next guest. No smoking inside the unit. Parties are strictly prohibited. No pets allowed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – no loud music, singing, or noise. Use of the 3rd floor terrace and rooftop is not allowed after 9:00 PM. BBQs are not permitted (including bringing BBQ equipment). Please wash all dishes and utensils in the kitchen and return them to their original place. No Cleaning During Your Stay: For multi-night stays, we ask that you reuse the towels provided and use the in-room washing machine if needed. Guest Registration (Required by Japanese Law): All hosts must collect guest information, including name, home address, occupation, and stay dates. If you do not have a home address in Japan, we are required to obtain a copy of your passport, including nationality and passport number. CCTV/Security Camera: For guest safety and to assist with self-check-in, the unit is monitored by CCTV. This is a legal requirement for hotels and short-term rentals.
