Cozy 50 m2 apartment for 5 people, located on the ground floor and with access from the 1st floor from the back of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access). The accommodation is located in Borghetto di Vara, a small quiet town surrounded by the greenery of the Ligurian hills, 30 minutes by car from La Spezia. The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large garden furnished with gazebo, table and chairs and equipped with a shared swimming pool The space The internal space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and access to the garden; - BEDROOM with double bed, single bunk bed, bedside table and wardrobe; - FULL BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, sink and raised shower cubicle; - GARDEN furnished with gazebo, table with dining chairs, sun loungers and umbrella; - CONDOMINIUM SWIMMING POOL (Open from June 1st to September 30th / Opening hours: 8.00-20.00); - ENTRANCE TERRACE with dining table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent entrance, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine and barbecue. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: - Building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access the apartment); -Stairs to access the pool area; -Pool: Open from 1 June to 30 September / Opening hours: 8.00-20.00; -No air conditioning; -Raised shower cubicle; -Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure serves us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service ‘Alloggiati Web’, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the flat Check-in will be done on a self-check-in basis. We will provide you with further instructions close to your arrival. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types. Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
