The space Step into The Pink House, where comfort and lakeside beauty meet. With 3500 sq. ft. of space, this home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Also enjoy 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The home blends modern and vintage decor, creating a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere. High ceilings and rich wood floors enhance the airy, open feel, while each room offers a unique combination of contemporary comfort and timeless character. LIVING AREA Relax in the spacious living room with plush seating, a 48” TV with streaming services, and a wood-burning indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. The room also features a shelf of books for those who enjoy reading during their stay. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to holiday feasts. You will find an electric stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a variety of cookware. Coffee lovers will appreciate both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, as well as a blender for smoothies. The large dining table seats your whole group, and there is additional seating at the bar top table. For dining under the stars, step outside to the 1000 sq. ft. deck with ample seating and lighting for al fresco meals. PRIVATE LAKE Fishing is welcome, and we provide fishing poles for your use. However, swimming and boating are not permitted. Please enjoy the tranquility of the lake and respect its wildlife. CONVENIENCE & COMFORT - Laundry: Enjoy the in-unit washer and dryer, free for guest use. - Workspace: A dedicated workspace is available with fast Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected. - Temperature Control: Central air conditioning and heating ensure comfort throughout the year. - Parking: Parking is available on the driveway. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the backyard, deck, and private lakefront. The driveway consists of both asphalt and gravel, which may create some minor bumps or dust. Cars will have no trouble navigating the path to The Pink House. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old. - No Smoking or Candles. - No Events or Large Parties. - No Off-Road Vehicles including dirt bikes, golf carts, three & four wheelers, dune buggies and the like. - No Hunting, shooting or trapping . - No swimming or boating (Fishing is allowed from the bank). - Wildlife: The property is home to a variety of wildlife, including owls, eagles, hawks, foxes, hogs, cows, otters, and alligators. Please observe wildlife from a distance, and never feed the wildlife. - Children: The property is family-friendly but not specifically designed for infants or toddlers (except for a crib and changing table). - Delivery Services: Delivery services (such as Door Dash, Shipt, Instacart) are not permitted beyond the main entrance gate. No gate codes are to be given out. There will be a $500 charge if any gate is damaged in any way. - Trip Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance, as our cancellation policy is firm and cannot be adjusted. This will provide you with peace of mind and financial protection in case of unforeseen circumstances. Nearby Attractions - Theme Parks: Tampa and Orlando are easily accessible.
