It features two king-size beds and three queen-size beds, including a pull-out couch, as well as a full-size bed in the game room for additional sleeping space. Ideal for multiple families traveling together, the layout offers both comfort and privacy, with plenty of room to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together. The bonus is this home also has a large side yard that you can park a large boat for scallop season. so bring your jet skis, boats or four wheelers for the trails we've got plenty of room for your trailers. Yard is fenced for privacy and security. For those traveling with little ones, we've thoughtfully included baby and toddler-friendly amenities to make your stay easier. You'll find a baby seat that attaches securely using two dining chairs to create a makeshift high chair, a soft changing pad, a baby bath, and a Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets. Whether it’s mealtime, bath time, or bedtime, we’ve got your baby’s needs covered so you can travel light and stress-free. The game room is a hit with guests of all ages. It includes a large chalkboard wall for creative fun, a variety of toddler toys to keep the little ones entertained, and an air hockey table for some friendly competition. A massive 75-inch TV makes it the perfect space for movie nights or watching the big game. We also provide a selection of board games for the whole family to enjoy, making it easy to create fun memories together throughout your stay. TV's in Every room!! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house during their stay, providing a comfortable and private experience. Please note that the maid’s storage closet will be locked and is not available for guest use. This small space is reserved for housekeeping supplies and will remain secured throughout your visit. Other things to note At an additional cost and upon request, we can provide extra items such as groceries, soaps, toiletries, and other accessories to make your stay more comfortable. If you’re celebrating a special occasion and would like something extra, like a champagne welcome, roses, or flowers, we can arrange those special touches for you as well. Just let us know — we’re happy to help make your stay memorable! And remember you don't have to be on the water you can bring your boat and just launch right out of multiple boat ramps a short distance away. Or take a short drive up to homosassa and launch from their boat ramps for scallop season.
