The home is located less than a mile from I-5 in a nice neighborhood. It’s close to Mt. Rainier National Park, Mount St Helens, the beautiful Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Portland, Oregon, and the beautiful beaches of the Washington and Oregon Coast! While this is a one level home, you will need to take a step up through the front door to get inside. There are two steps down to get into the garage game room, there are 2 steps to get down through the back sliding door to the patio. And there are a couple steps to get into the hot tub. 3 Bedrooms 1st Bedroom: King Bed with a bathroom/ shower only, no tub. Rain shower head and towel warmer. Bedroom has a Roku TV with remote. There is a single rollaway bed in the closet with sheets, pillow and comforter. A playpen is in the closet too. 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, Roku TV, desk and chair, with a full bathroom with bathtub adjacent. 3rd Bedroom: Full Bed and Twin XL electric adjustable bed, Roku TV, and chair, with bathroom adjacent. 2 Bathrooms - not wheelchair accessible 1st Bathroom: with Tub/Shower at the end of the hallway near bedrooms 2nd bathroom: Full shower, no tub in primary bedroom with King bed. Baby bath under sink. The Living Room features comfortable seating including a comfortable sectional couch with pull out built in ottoman, a rocker recliner chair, soft sitting bench, a Roku Smart TV with the ability to log in to your favorite apps, surround sound, an electric fireplace for heat and/or ambiance and a zero gravity massage chair. There is a music room with a piano as you first walk in. (Please do not put drinks on the piano.) It has a big picture window, a shelf with a sound drum and singing bowl. The dining room has seating for 4 people. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen peninsula adjacent to the dining room table. There is a cabinet full of board games and children’s books and toys. Open the sliding doors off the dining room and step onto the private back patio with string lights and seating for the entire group! Here you can sit and tell campfire stories around the cozy propane fire pit or soak in the 4 person hot tub with gazebo cover with privacy curtains. Please cover the hot tub when not in use. There is also a BBQ for your use. The garage is a fun place to also relax and unwind. We have a couple of comfy chairs in front of the electric fireplace and ROKU TV for some game watching. Shoot some pool, throw some darts, practice on the putting green, grab some vinyl for the record player, or pull up a bar stool and pour your favorite drink at the bar! We have margarita glasses, wine glasses, and tumblers provided. And get nostalgic playing the Pac-Man arcade! Can you beat the highest score? There a some board games in the white game cabinet too. (More in the shutter cabinet in the dining room.) A mini split unit will be installed within the next couple months. There are two spaces in the driveway to park cars. If your car leaks oil please park in the street in front of the house. Do not block the sidewalk. We don’t allow early check ins or late checkouts due to back to back reservations and need to allow ample time for all things related to the property. We have a doorbell camera that is on and recording 24/7 as well as an automatic motion detection camera above the garage that is on and recording 24/7.
