New suite on Oakhill Place

This newer suite on the upper floor is in a central part of Duncan in an established area. Just out of town but close to amenities. Easy drive to shopping, out trips to beaches, restaurants and other fun activities. A quick walk finds you overlooking Quamichan Lake and Rowing Canada practice facilities. The suite is adult oriented and not suitable for infants or children. Max. 2 people. We do not accept animals of any description and there is no smoking in the suite or on the property. The space Newer house ( 2 years old) and purpose built suite. Cozy and private. Guest access This is a an upper level suite with access by stairs. An adult oriented space with a cozy fireplace and all the comforts of home. Home is approximately 2 years old. Your hosts Pam and Doyle live on site but completely separately as you will enter the suite from the balcony right above your parking area.
