This home is located within walking distance of Highlands Falls Country Club. Note: This rental does not come with any neighborhood amenities. Highlands Falls Country Club amenities are only for use by HFCC Members. Unless you are a member, you cannot use amenities such as pickleball, golf, walking trails, the clubhouse, etc. during your stay. The home is surrounded by beautiful Country Club grounds, giving it a very posh feel as you make the drive to the home from the gatehouse. There are two locked owner closets that are not available to guests, but don't worry, you have access to a closet in each of the three bedrooms during your stay. The garage is not included in the rental. However, if you are staying for 14 nights or more, we will make sure that the garage is accessible for you to utilize during your mid-term stay here. Other things to note This home is located in a gated community. The guardhouse will require information regarding your stay in order for you to receive a gate pass. As owners, we must submit information about your stay 7 business days in advance. We will reach out to you once your reservation is approved to gather the necessary information to submit to the gatehouse. As long as we plan together, all will go smoothly for your entry and relaxing vacation behind the gates of Highlands Falls Country Club! Note Regarding Highlands Falls Country Club Amenities: The amenities in Highlands Falls Country Club (golf, tennis, pickleball, croquet, pool, walking paths, etc.) are for private club members only. That means that unless you are already a member of the Country Club then amenities are a no-go. Don't worry, we can't afford to join the Club either, so if you're in our boat, we feel ya!! We look, but don't touch, too!! The facilities are pretty, for sure! That's what makes being behind these gates so special. Note Regarding Dogs/Pets: This rental has a "No Pets Allowed" policy. However, family dogs do visit from time to time. If you have a significant allergy to dogs, we cannot guarantee that the home is allergen free no matter how wonderful our professional cleaning crew may be. Information Regarding Television Streaming: We offer a Smart TV that is set up and ready for you to stream your favorite shows on your own account. We do offer live TV through our own YouTubeTV account (not to be confused with plain 'ole YouTube). Otherwise, bring your passwords and enjoy your favorites! Prior to arrival, renter agrees to read and follow Rental Agreement, Check-in and Checkout Information. Violations incur fines and/or immediate termination. Renter agrees to abide by Check-in and Check out times unless otherwise agreed to in writing with the owner/property manager. Fines for violations. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
