New home located near golf course and beaches

Just completed and ready for our guests. We chose this location based on it's proximity to the airport, beaches and shopping. You can see both sides of the ocean from multiple rooms. The ocean breezes are fantastic and will cool you down on the hottest of days. A float in the pool will having you forgetting about all life's problems. This is a new build with all modern features but keeping the beautiful island vibe. Kitchen is fully equipped and waiting to host a great dinner gathering. The space Welcome to your dream getaway in the vibrant Harmonie subdivision! This stunning new build offers breathtaking views of both sides of the ocean, perfect for watching ships glide by as you whip up your favorite meals. With three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a luxurious king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom, you'll find comfort and convenience at every turn. Enjoy the privacy of blackout curtains and ample storage in every room, with the primary bedroom even boasting direct access to the sparkling pool. Step into the enormous kitchen, designed for entertaining and culinary adventures! It features a fridge/freezer with ice and water on the door, a combo microwave/oven, and a regular oven, making cooking a breeze. Gather around the island for indoor dining or relax in the cozy living room, complete with a 65” TV loaded with all your streaming favorites and IPTV for endless entertainment. But the real magic happens outside! Spend your days lounging by the pool, which offers a perfect spot for a refreshing dip or a few laps. With comfortable loungers, a separate seating area, and a dining table for six, it's an ideal space for grilling up your favorite meals on the BBQ and soaking up the sun. Come and create unforgettable memories in this welcoming oasis! Also the iguana is not real, it is decorative. Water and Electricity consumption are not included. There is a deposit of approx. USD $300 per stay, it must be paid in advance via Airbnb. For shorter stays the deposit will be lower, and for longer stays the deposit is higher. After checking out, you will receive the deposit back minus your actual consumption of water and electricity. The property manager will take a reading on the day of your arrival and the day you leave doing the calculation of usage. She will do the calculation based on .50 per kWh used and I will either do a refund or charge you for what your additional charge did not cover. If at anytime you want to check your usage, the property manager can do that with you. We don't want you to have any surprises. Guest access This is a private bungalow with gate for carport and man gate. Other things to note Additional cleaning is available at the cost of 23.50 guilders per lady. Just ask the property manager if you are interested. Due to the fact that we are in the tropics I highly recommend that you use a plastic bag or container for food scrapes and keep in fridge until you are ready to dispose of it. Don’t leave food out on the countertops or you will have an ant problem. Of course we spray but it happens if you don’t dispose of food waste properly. Also goes for the BBQ too, please ensure it is cleaned when you leave. ****Electricity and Water****** The cost on the island is high and we don't monitor the usage. So we will be taking a $300 USD per stay additional charge that will be required to be paid before your arrival via Airbnb.
