Casa Alina

Casa Alina is located on the slopes of the Gulf of Framura, one of the 'most beautiful villages in Italy': colorful houses, perched and overlooking the sea, immersed in peace and unspoiled tranquility, a refuge and paradise of beauty in the quiet of nature. You will wake up and go out on the terrace enjoying the entire view of the gulf, breathing in the sweet cyclamen of the pergola and the green of the olive trees, sit under the porch for a fresh breakfast before going down to the sea... what a dream vacation! The space The garden and olive trees surround Casa Alina. The apartment is arranged on three floors: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen and the living/dining room that overlook the external porch, divided from it only by a large French window. On the first floor, you can enter the two bedrooms (double and with a bunk bed for adults), both rooms have access to the large terrace. On the same floor are the two bathrooms, blue and pink. Upstairs there is a large relaxation/study room, reading, music and a walnut desk as a workstation. Guest access The property is completed by a covered garage, a stone barbecue and three floors of olive and fruit trees. Other things to note The tourist accommodation tax is not included in the price. Cash payment is required upon arrival of €1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, beyond which it is no longer required. Children under the age of 10 are exempt and the tax is only due in the months of March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October. Please bring your own sheets with you. The house provides a few sets of towels. You will NOT pay ANY cleaning fees (I will do them personally), so I ask you to leave the apartment as clean as you find it.
