Each work space features an adjustable desk, computer monitor, key board, mouse & ergonomic office chair. 1 full bed: Cozy and inviting, offers a full-size bed and a compact desk, ideal for a quiet nook to focus or unwind. --BATHROOMS-- There are 2 full bathrooms, stocked with our Public Goods brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The first bathroom, on the main level, boasts a large combination shower and tub. The second bathroom, also with a shower/tub combo, is conveniently located on the lower level for extra privacy. --KITCHEN & DINING ROOM-- Bright, open, and made for gathering - this airy central space blends a fully stocked kitchen with bar seating, a wooden dining table, and a cozy couch beside a gas fireplace. You will have access to the entire home to yourself to enjoy. Please note there are a few areas we utilize for storage that aren’t accessible to guests including the garage & a few storage closets. Other things to note Snow We have contracted snow plow service for the driveway. During your stay, you may occasionally see vendors on the property for snow removal. Pets We are pet-friendly but please let us know if you will be bringing your pet upon booking. One pet per stay (message before booking if you think an exception is needed!). Lawn not fenced in. Well trained pets only to keep our home ready for the next guest. Stairs Please note, the home is not handicap accessible, as there is one flight of stairs to enter the home. Well Water The water can occasionally have a sulfur smell - this is completely normal and safe. It’s a common and harmless trait of well water throughout the Catskills, though we know it can be a bit surprising at first. To make sure you're comfortable, we’ve installed a filtered water spout at the kitchen sink for drinking, and there’s also a Brita pitcher in the fridge for added convenience. We take pride in maintaining an impeccably clean home, with professional cleaning in between every stay. However, given the rural charm of the area, you might encounter the occasional bug or cobweb! Please also note that our home is pet-friendly and may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies to pets or dander.
