With warm wood laminate flooring throughout, bamboo shades for privacy, and a fully equipped kitchen, Living Water is ready to welcome you for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Main Level Living: Step into a cozy open-concept space featuring a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining table, and central island—perfect for preparing meals or gathering with loved ones. The living area is tastefully decorated and opens onto a peaceful screened-in front porch, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes. A convenient half bath is located on this level, along with direct access to the back patio, complete with outdoor seating and a grill for dining alfresco. Second Level: Upstairs, two bedrooms offer restful spaces for guests: Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, walk-in closet, and marina views from the front balcony. Second Bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk bed—great for kids or a cozy night in. Full Bathroom: Tub/shower combo shared between the bedrooms. Outdoor Space: Soak up sunshine and harbor breezes from your private patio or enjoy the serene screened-in porch. The home is just steps from the seasonal outdoor pool and marina, making it easy to switch from quiet mornings to adventure-filled afternoons. Parking: This home includes one designated parking space. Living Water is the kind of stay that invites you to take a deep breath and settle into the moment. Pet Policy: Living Water is pet-friendly, welcoming one well-behaved dog. A non-refundable pet fee applies. House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. No parties, events, or tents Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property Pet-friendly for dogs only (1 max) $125 pet fee. Other things to note Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees.
