Welcome to our ground floor villa, located in a very good, quiet and well-located neighborhood. Ideal location: 15 min from the beach, Souk El Had, next to the Palais Royal, close to Marjane, and local souk 2 min walk. The villa has 2 bedrooms (one master and one with separate beds/bunk beds), a large traditional riad-style living room, Smart TV with IPTV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, access to the garden and hammam beldi. It has 2 bedrooms (one master and another for 2 people), a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower, a dining area and a garden. Access to the garden is of course allowed 🌿 Guest access You can enjoy the whole place :) Other things to note In order to comply with the regulations in force, only the persons declared during the booking are allowed to access the accommodation. Outside guests are not allowed, and unmarried Moroccan couples are unfortunately not allowed. A fact sheet must be completed by guests before accessing the property.
