Private entire home sleeping 6 guest with tons of parking ideal for families or business travel. Amenities included but not limited to a Pool, Hot tub , sauna, patio light and misters, fire pit, outdoor seating and Traeger. Conveniently Located .03 from Providence hospital and 2 miles from the airport along with restaurants and entertainment. This home has everything you will want or need to enjoy a day or week with ease to come and go. The space Spacious 3 Bedroom home with an amazing fully fenced back yard. This home sleeps 6 guest offering a King, Queen and 2 twin beds. Its like a home away from home. It comes stocked with spices, cooking pots and pans, serving plates cup and bowls for 8. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove and HVAC unit, fridge with water and ice machine are some of the appliance for your use. Please keep the Cool air no lower than 65 . Bathroom has a hair dryer, and towels for inside and pool use. Some Dogs 50 pounds or less are allowed with pre approval with a $50 per night pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and pick up after them. Pets are not a guaranteed amenity, pet fees are paid separately. We reserve the right to refuse any pets and ESA's have a pet fee. Service animals are welcome with proof of current vaccines and never left unattended in house. All pets must be cleaned up after and pet fees paid prior to check in. All guests must be on reservation, and permission in writing for more than 2 people over. Each extra guest is $50.00 per person. I allow visitors till 8pm as long as its in writing ahead of time. Any violation of the rules, undisclosed pets or extra guests or more than 2 daytime visitors without prior permission may be subject to cancellation of reservation with no refunds. I absolutely allow people over to visit or for a special dinner. or pool use etc as long as you let me know in writing. Please communicate prior to bringing extra people or pets so we don't mistake them for extra guests. We have 3 ring cameras on site. One at the front, one on the side and one in the back. The pool does not have a life guard on duty. We offer 3 life jacks for the littles. Please dry off before coming inside the house for any reason and keep wet clothing off the furniture please. Pool is closed oct-may We have yard games including corn hole and ladder ball and ax throwing. A hammock to relax and misters attached to the lights to cool off while not in the pool. Quiet time is 10:00. Please respect your neighbors. The traeger is available and is stocked with pellets for your use. The garage is not part of the rental at this time. Guest access Entire house and front yard parking. Fully fenced back yard. Other things to note The house is .03 Miles to Providence Hospital. 2 Miles to the airport. We are close to the movie theater, grocery stores, Coffee shops and a quick 4 minutes to I5 access.
