Guest access The guest can use the flat as a whole. A bathroom cabinet containing cleaning supplies is locked. Other things to note the cabinet under the bathroom sink that is closed with cleaning products. To encourage the conscious and sustainable use of resources, we have adopted a policy of smart electricity consumption. Thus, the stay includes a daily amount of up to R$10 in energy consumption (each 1kWh is equivalent to 1 real, that is, the consumption of up to 10kwh per day will be at no additional cost), which usually perfectly covers the usual use of the space. If consumption exceeds this amount during the stay, the difference will be calculated based on the meter reading (taken at check-in and check-out) and charged separately at the time of departure.
