Nestled just 1 hour from Dallas, this Lake Tawakoni lakefront retreat sleeps 6 and is perfect for a peaceful escape. Watch the sunrise from the private east-facing dock, relax on the deck, lounge in the bright sunroom, fish for catfish, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Enjoy direct lake access, a BBQ grill, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, piano, a 65" TV, karaoke, board games, disc golf, & kid play area. This lake house has everything you need for the perfect getaway! The space PROPERTY ACCESS You’ll have access to the entire home, including the private dock, deck, backyard outdoor areas, air-conditioned sunroom, and ping-pong equipped garage! SWIMMING/PRIVATE DOCK You’re welcome to swim off the private dock, but please do so at your own risk. Always supervise children, avoid alcohol while swimming, and be mindful of weather conditions and water currents. DECK, FIRE PIT, & BBQ GRILL Spend your day relaxing on the deck with a beautiful view of the water, grilling, or gathering around the fire pit. A charcoal BBQ grill, lighter fluid, and fire starter available for your use. Please follow all fire safety guidelines and ensure flames are fully extinguished. EVENTS Unapproved parties/gatherings are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM and avoid any property damage or excessive noise. LINENS/TOILETRIES We provide fresh linens, bath towels, washcloths, and essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and hand soap. ENTERTAINMENT A karaoke machine is connected to the small TV, perfect for singing with friends and family. You can also play on the stand-up piano, or read from our selection of books for both kids and adults. Air hockey table, foosball, disc golf, and ping pong are all options! A variety of card games like Giant Uno, Monopoly Deal, We’re Not Really Strangers, and Go Fishing are located in the living room, and we’ve also provided a football/volleyball for outdoor play. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with everyday appliances including a gas stove, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee machine, blender, and more. There’s also a dedicated drinking water spout. You’ll find coffee provisions (instant coffee, grounds, creamer, sugar) in the cabinets. WASHER & DRYER An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience during your stay. You’ll find laundry detergent, fabric conditioner, dryer sheets, an ironing board, and iron. Thank you & enjoy your stay! 🏡 Guest access Please park in the exterior areas of the house (i.e. directly in front of the garage or besides), not inside the garage. Other things to note Two bait shops less than a mile away. The closest public ramp is at West Tawakoni City Park, which is open year-round and charges no fees. It is a short 4-min drive east of our property. Nearby, restaurants/convenience stores include Dale’s Hamburgers, Ranchero’s Mexican Grill, and Billy’s Beer and Wine. 10 minutes away in Quinlan, there are a variety of stores and restaurants, including Walmart, Soulman’s BBQ, In-N-Out, Chuys, etc.
