Stay at the Balcón de Granada with incredible views of the mountain and the Sierra. This is a guest house in one of the quietest developments in the area, with easy access to the city center. We have a spectacular pool and outdoor areas to enjoy the good weather. The house has a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen and everything you need for your stay. We have free parking inside the plot, we will be happy to welcome you. The space The apartment is a fully independent old guest house. It consists of a living room and a bedroom in two spaces. We have air conditioning and a fireplace for winter. The apartment has a full bathroom with shower and a kitchen with the necessary kitchenware. Outside you can enjoy beautiful gardens with a pool, as well as stunning views of the city of Granada and the Sierra, as our property is in a high area. Guest access You will have your own apartment with a separate entrance within a large plot. The pool and outdoor areas are shared only with the owners, who live in the main house on the plot. We have been working in the rural hospitality business for many years and we enjoy meeting and hosting travelers from all over the world. You'll have your privacy in your own apartment and we'll be there for anything you need. Firewood for the fireplace can be ordered for a surcharge to be paid in cash at the property. Of course, you can have a good time and celebrate during the day, but please keep a normal noise level and respect sleep schedules at night, especially outdoors.
