The space Featuring two bedrooms, furnished with 1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed, closets to store overnight luggage, and two queen size fold out couches. One bathroom with a walk-in shower, and towels. The cottage includes a bonus rec room, perfect for game nights on rainy days or as extra space for guests. The rec room is equipped with two comfortable pull-out couches, board games, and a 53" Smart TV ensuring endless entertainment and relaxation for days spent inside. There is also a workstation to power your computer and work comfortably if needed. But don't stay inside too long – the Riverside Retreat offers a variety of outdoor amenities to enhance your stay, including: Private deck overlooking the river Riverside fire pit for cozy evening gatherings Lounge chairs for relaxation Guest access Parking for 3-4 vehicles at house, additional parking across from the house, room to park jet skis, snowmobile trailers, and boats. Access to 120-volt power for fishermen and women to charge boat trolling motor batteries. Large yard with plush grass for outdoor activities.
