Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Viareggio (€ 1.50 per person per night of stay for a maximum of 10 nights; people under 18 are exempt from paying the tourist tax).
