Welcome to our charming boho studio townhome located in Troutdale, OR! Perfectly suited for up to 4 guests, this stylish space features a queen bed and a comfortable sofa bed, making it an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends. Situated minutes away from the renowned Edgefield McMenamins, you can enjoy concerts on the lawn or explore the scenic beauty of the Columbia Gorge & Multnomah Falls. With free street parking available, getting around is a breeze! The space Step inside and be greeted by a bright and clean atmosphere, designed to provide you with both comfort and style within 300 sq. ft. The kitchenette is equipped with all the basics and free Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected during your stay. The couch conveniently pulls out into a full size bed, with the linens stored within the couch storage that is visible upon opening. The bedroom down the hall has a queen size bed. LOCATION: The studio is about a 10 minute walk to Edgefield, or a 3 minute drive. There are plenty of food options available, Troutdale food carts and Wayfinder brewery are both walking and driving distance from the studio. Sandy River Glenn Otto Park is about a 20 minute walk through the beautiful street of Downtown Troutdale, or a 5 minute drive. Guest access You have access to the entire studio and the outdoor patio. Other things to note Please note: Our studio is located on the lower floor of a family home. You may hear footsteps (or the occasional dog tail thump!) from upstairs — we do our best to be mindful and have added rugs to help buffer sound. A white noise machine and complimentary earplugs are provided for restful sleep. As a family-owned home rather than an investment property, we take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. No pets allowed.
