Curated warm home in Troutdale, Oregon near Edgefield, food trucks, Sandy River, PDX airport, Mount Hood, and waterfalls! The space Located in a brand new housing development, this two bedroom townhome offers a clean and cozy space for a comfortable stay. **This is a top unit of a two unit house. It may be possible to hear faint noise from downstairs guests or from our next door neighbors. We kindly ask that all guests observe quiet hours. We provide a sound machine and ear plugs in case noise is able to be heard! ** The private entrance is through the front door from the driveway located on SW Howard Place. The townhome is tri-level. Entrance through the front door is to a small entry way on the ground level. Up the first flight of stairs leading to the second floor, are the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath and balcony. The second flight of stairs leads to the third floor which has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the laundry. We are excited to open our home to you. Please note this is not a hotel but is our private home, please be respectful and treat it such as your own. We decided to keep all appliances in the house for your use. With four different ways to make coffee, our home is very well stocked for a comfortable stay!! If booking with *young* children or infants, please let me know after booking if the total exceeds 4 adults with children or send a booking request. If booking with older children, we have an additional unit downstairs with a queen bed you may book if it is available. **The backyard is for private use of the downstairs unit only. Please contact me if you are interested in booking out both units for your stay for a lower total nightly cost!** A dog bed can be made available upon request if booking with an animal. There is a water bowl under the kitchen sink for your use. Our favorite place in the area to bring our own dogs is called the Thousand Acres dog park! In order to access this area and some local hiking trails in the Gorge, you will need a parking pass. We provide a yearly pass to the park for our guest’s use during their stay. If this is not returned at the end of your visit, we will charge for a replacement pass.
