Three Comfortable Bedrooms - The home offers three spacious thoughtfully decorated bedrooms with fresh clean bedding, comfy beds with side tables, lamps, TV, chair(s) and dresser/drawers. The Master Bedroom is on the main level with a king size bed, large closet to store your luggage, two sitting chairs and this room features the original hardwood floors, doors and transom. The Upstairs Bedrooms --1 queen bed with an additional daybed/trundle, fireplace and a comfy chaise lounger. The other upstairs bedroom features 1 queen bed with a comfy chair and decorated in a farmhouse theme Note: The two upstairs bedrooms have their own private stairway access, the original 1800's doors, and you will see the charming transoms that add character. Quiet Space - If you are looking for a quiet space away from the family room - you'll find a cozy room with a leather recliner, table and chairs, a cabinet full of games, puzzles, and local travel guides. Decorated in barn wood and farmhouse accents, it also features a space with some family history of the home with before/after photos of the home. Outdoor Spaces - If you love the outdoors you will love choosing from four different spaces to sit, relax and just unwind. Keep in mind seasonal patio furniture with exterior spaces during winter months. Side deck: Covered tin roof, rocking chairs, a dining/game table, and peaceful pond view. Back deck: Countryside views, patio seating, chairs in the backyard and features rustic décor with lots of opportunities to see wildlife. Guest access The listing is for the entire home main living space and the bedrooms if needed for additional registered guests. All 4 exterior doors have deadbolt electronic key pad entry. Other things to note Important Information About Your Stay at the Fall Creek Family Farmhouse - Welcome to our historic farmhouse! We’re excited to host you and want to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Please review the details below so you know what to expect, About the Home - Built in the 1800s, the farmhouse has two sets of stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms. The king-size bedroom is on the main level for easier access. Due to the age and layout of the home, it’s not suitable for children under 6 without supervision, or for guests who have difficulty with stairs. The upstairs bedrooms have sloped ceilings, so taller guests should use extra care. There is one full bathroom on the lower level, with a small step down off from the kitchen. The bathroom features a new farmhouse sliding door vanity, spacious walk-in shower, tall commode and all updated fixtures. The heating and cooling are provided by a remote-controlled mini-split system. Please note it can only be in one mode at a time (heat or cool), and each room has its own remote for individual comfort. Because of the home’s age, some floors and doors are slightly uneven—these quirks are part of the farmhouse’s charm and character and do not impose any safety issues. Guest Requirements - The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. If your profile photo is not visible on your booking account, you’ll need to provide a photo ID and a list of all adult guest (first and last names) after your reservation is confirmed (via Airbnb message, text, or email). For first-time guests, we also verify ID upon check-in for your identity reservation protection. Amenities & Décor - Our guests compliment our farmhouse décor and love our handpicked décor and antiques. If you see something you would like for more information about, just ask—we’d be glad to share where you can purchase it or share the history about it. We provide embroidered robes and slippers (one per adult) for your use during your stay. You are welcome to keep the complimentary slippers. Please note that if robes are accidently taken, there is a $50 replacement fee per robe, along with a small restocking fee for any other items removed from the home. House Rules - No smoking, vaping, drugs, pets, parties or animals are allowed on the property, inside the home or on enclosed porches. A $500 fee will apply if evidence of smoking, vaping, or pets. For guests who smoke, let us know at time of booking and we can provide an outdoor ashtray stand and chairs upon request. Smoking is not permitted on or near wood decks or directly next to the house exterior. Any violation of these house rules may result in the immediate termination of your reservation.
