Our charming apartment delights with its stylish and harmonious ambience. The living room is decorated in soft sand tones, while the bedroom impresses with a harmonious color composition that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. In the high-quality kitchen you can relax and prepare and enjoy delicious meals. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes and you are at the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in 15-20 minutes. The space The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a table with two chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. In the hallway there is a practical built-in closet for your clothes as well as a wardrobe. The living room impresses with a spacious corner couch and a modern smart TV, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee capsule machine for your coffee enjoyment. The bathroom offers a large elegant shower that makes your stay even more pleasant. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children and toddlers. Guest access The property is located in a detached house. Guests stay on the ground floor of the house and have a great view of the garden from the bedroom. The living room is adjacent to a carport where you can park your car. In summer, you can also use the outdoor area, which is in front of the house (entrance area). Other things to note The town of Kritzmow is a small charming suburb of the Hanseatic city of Rostock and is located just 3 kilometers from the gates of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Here you can enjoy a variety of shopping, bakery, pharmacy, bank, restaurant and good transport links to public transport, as the bus stop is right outside the front door. For drivers, accessibility is excellent. The connection to the A20 via the Rostock-West junction makes Kritzmow an ideal starting point for excursions in the area. Whether you want to explore the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde with its unforgettable flair "Am alten Strom" and the wonderfully wide white sandy beach or the charming old town of Rostock, everything is conveniently and quickly accessible. The connection to an extensive network of bike paths also makes excursions by bike easy.
