Here you will find a cozy 1.60 m bed. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove, a fridge with a small freezer compartment as well as a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a microwave. The small bathroom with an open shower can be reached via the kitchen. Right next to the bungalow there is a small private terrace in the greenery, which you can enjoy all to yourselves. A small note: On the same property there is another separate apartment for up to 5 people - ideal if you want to arrive with several people. Guest access The bungalow is completely for you with its own terrace :-) Other things to note Here's an important note on the topic of tourist tax: Since September 1, 2023, a spa tax has been levied for the entire urban area of Rostock. However, this only applies to private overnight stays or day guests. The tax also includes the free use of local transport. How much is a spa card? Arrival and departure day for overnight guests will be charged as two days of stay. It is due on the day of arrival for the duration of the stay, partial payments are not possible. For overnight guests, the spa tax is €3.70 per day, in case of a discount €1.45 ( children 6 – 14 years and people from a GdB of at least 50%). What does the tourist tax in Rostock include? The unlimited use of public transport in the entire public transport association Warnow (VVW), from Rostock to Teterow, from Kühlungsborn to Graal-Müritz, should be included in the digital guest card. Only the use of the Mecklenburg spa railway Molli, as well as the Warnow ferries are excluded. Where do I get my spa card? I book your visitor's card for you via the Hanseatic City of Rostock and you pay the visitor's tax directly to me before arrival. I will then provide you with the digital guest cards by email.
