This lovingly furnished apartment can accommodate up to four people and combines comfort with a cozy atmosphere on 53 m². With us you can enjoy the advantages of a well thought-out room layout over two floors and modern furnishings. On the first floor of the duplex apartment there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, where you can cook together and enjoy meals together. A ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and toaster make self-catering convenient. Or you can enjoy your favorite dishes outdoors: the furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the garden invites you to relax and linger. On the second floor, a bright living room with a wide window front welcomes you. Here you can make yourself comfortable after the bike tour or the beach day in the sofa corner with TV. A sleeping alcove with double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and wardrobe offers a pleasant night's sleep. For two more people, the comfortable sofa can be quickly and easily converted into a sofa bed. A modern daylight bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towel heater as well as an additional guest toilet provide additional living comfort. For families with small children, a crib and a stair gate are available, so that even the youngest guests can feel comfortable in our family-friendly apartment. Pets are welcome here.
