Other things to note The Herrenhof is located in the Hirschwang district in the municipality of Reichenau directly at the foot of the Rax and has a three-hectare park directly on the banks of the Schwarza. For 2 years, the district has been reinvented and some new tourist projects such as the RaxBräu with a new large gastronomic brewery are being created. The Herrenhof with its three-hectare park is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest between other turn-of-the-century villas. Numerous hiking trails (such as the Törlweg to the Rax or the Wasserleitungsweg) can be started directly from the house. By bike, once across the street, you are already on the family bike tour of the Vienna Alps from Reichenau to Lanzenkirchen. The cable car is also a 10-minute walk away. Within 5 minutes you can reach all the essential infrastructure (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, outdoor swimming pool, doctors) as well as the theater in Reichenau by car. Right next to the property is a bus stop with well-frequented public transport connections.
