Perfect for wine lovers, families, and urban explorers alike. The space Our property is a 400-year-old winegrower’s estate brimming with historic charm. A traditional heuriger (wine tavern) sometimes opens on the ground floor for up to three months each year, where you can savor local wines and delicacies. The apartment itself is located on the first floor and spans two levels. On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sofa bed, dining table, and kitchen, plus a publicly accessible balcony. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a lovely view, a second bathroom, and a work desk. The courtyard is shielded from the street, offering a peaceful spot to relax or for children to play. Here, you’ll enjoy an authentic winery atmosphere combined with modern comforts. Guest access Guests have the entire maisonette, the balcony on the first floor, and the private courtyard at their disposal. Short-term parking is available right outside the door for loading and unloading; for long-term parking, use the free parking lot about five minutes away on foot.
