Can Roquet is an ideal house for four people. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, and a porch. It has a space for the washing machine, pantry, or for storing bicycles. The house has a wood stove for the winter and a fan for when it's hot. In summer, you can dine under the shade of the mulberries, and in winter, accommodated on the porch with sun and light during the day, and with the wood stove in the evening. The space The property consists of a house, Can Roc, with capacity for 8 guests and Can Roquet for 4 people. Both houses are completely independent. Inside the property there is a warehouse, a workshop and an irrigation pond where access is not allowed, as they are only used for agricultural tasks. Guest access A chicken coop, a vegetable garden, a pine forest, and an olive grove. At Can Roc we share the property with the garden, the chicken coop or the pine forest and we want guests to feel at home. However, we would like you to take care of it as if it were your own and we hope that you will comply with certain rules, being considerate and respectful of everything it includes. Other things to note To stay at the house, you need a vehicle, as it is located in a rural area. Large supermarkets and gas stations are located 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away. Pla de Santa Maria, located 6 km (3.7 miles) away, offers a variety of shops, banks, and a weekly market. Just 7 km (4.3 miles) away is Valls, the regional capital, which has a train station and is known for its castellers (human towers), calçots (a type of green onion), and the tallest bell tower in Catalonia. The house is located within a farm property, and the final stretch of the access road is a dirt track. It’s easy to get there with a conventional car, but it’s essential to have your own vehicle.
