Casa Ca Baryta

Ca Baryta is a 120-year-old house with three floors, each 85m² and I propose the 1st for rent. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed. The two rooms communicate with each other through a space with a large work table. The rest of the house consists of a living room, a dining room and a kitchen in one space, and a full bathroom. The third floor is occupied by me and my cat Bidouille. On this floor there is a terrace overlooking the bell tower available to guests. The space Vila-Rodona is a small town located in Alt Camp, 30 minutes from Tarragona and Reus. Tarragona is the city with countless monuments and vestiges of the Roman era, Reus the city where Antoni Gaudí lived and probably was born, is one of the European cities with the most buildings and constructions of Modernism. A few kilometers from Vila-Rodona is the Santuari de la Mare de Déu de Monserrat de Montferri, a project by the modernist architect Josep Maria Jujol, as well as a prominent example, that of Nulles, of the so-called Wine Cathedrals, facilities for the production of wine, designed by modernist architects. Vila-Rodona is part of the Cistercian Route. A stone's throw from the Monastery of Santes Creus and close to Poblet and Vallbona de les Monges. Santes Creus, Poblet, along with the medieval town of Montblanc are home to the renowned Jordi Savall Festival of Early Music during the summer. Vila-Rodona is an ideal place for walks and hiking, and has an excellent municipal swimming pool 250 meters from the house, open every day of the week during the summer season in which to take a dip or spend a few hours relaxing. Guest access Guests share the flight of stairs to access the first floor and the flight of stairs to access the terrace on the second floor where I live. Of course, I will respect the privacy of the guests as much as possible and I am sure that sharing the two stairs will not be a nuisance for them or for me.
