With three spacious bedrooms and a private pool, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. An Overview Villa Aurelia is a Newly Built*, spacious retreat, ideally situated in a central location in Kalamaki close to the smoothly sandy beaches, offering 120 square meters of contemporary and cozy living space. The villa includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the third bedroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in real beds, with an option to sleep an additional 2 guests on the living room sofa bed or a folding bed upon request. All areas are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. Interiors l Bedrooms & Bathrooms The first bedroom boasts a spacious layout with two cozy beds with 90x200 mattresses (can convert as a double bed upon request) is perfect for solo travelers or children's. The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring a generous queen size 160x200 mattress that promises utmost comfort. You'll find ample storage space with a wardrobe and additional amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The third bedroom boasts a spacious layout with a cozy Queen size 160x200 mattress. The room is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, including bedside tables, roof lamps, a wardrobe for your convenience and an En - suite bathroom. • First Bedroom l Two Single Beds (0.90x200). Extra Note l PLEASE NOTE: For the comfort of all our guests and in line with our house policies, we can only accept reservations from guests aged 23 years and above all. As an exception, we could consider your request provided that, upon arrival, you leave a €1,000 security deposit in cash. This deposit is exclusively for potential damages, parties, or issues that may arise during your stay. If everything is in order at the time of your departure, the full amount will be returned to you immediately. PLEASE NOTE: The maximum number of guests allowed for this reservation is [ 6 ]. The pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas, providing a serene space to unwind and soak up the serene surroundings. • For your convenience, our villa also offers free parking, ensuring that you can easily explore the surrounding area and have peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is safe and secure. Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas! Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out policy means: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off your luggage, and the Villa will usually be ready by noon or 15:00pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
