Free parking is provided. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole house and the outdoor area/courtyard. Other things to note 🏡 The house is literally on the wave, in the area of Ampelia – a quiet seaside spot between Nifida and Skala Polichnitos. 🚿 Bathroom: The property has an outdoor bathroom with shower and hot water. If you prefer, you can swim in the sea, just a few meters from your door – ideal for morning dives! 🍽️ Food: • In Nifida you will find seaside taverns with fish and ouzo, ideal for lunch and sunset. • In Skala Polichnitos, more traditional options with local cuisine and a welcoming environment. • If you are in the mood for a little exploration, it is worth a visit to Skamnioudi, Skala Vasilikon and Vatera. ☕ Coffee & dessert: Cafes with sea view can be found in both Nifida and Skala – ideal places to relax. 🌅 Extra Tip: Don't miss the sunset from the courtyard or the beach in front of the house – it's really enchanting.
