Bedroom Breakdown - Main level has a king bedroom and jack and jill bathroom Upper level left: a bunk beds that have 3 twin beds (including one trundle) Upper level right: A queen bed with a TV and loveseat Basement east: full size bed Basement west 1: Features a bunk bed arrangement with two twin beds Basement west 2: a queen size NOTE - fireplaces are never to be used . for looks only.!!!!!!! Guest access You have access to the entire home. No street parking but there is a 2 car garage and 3 more vehicles can fit in the driveway. Other things to note Utah has a high desert climate. As such, house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the property's cleanliness.
