Our fully-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make mealtime a breeze, while our comfortable living area provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day. And for those who need to work remotely, our home includes a dedicated office space. When it's time to retire for the night, our tastefully decorated bedrooms with premium bedding and linens ensure a great night's sleep. And with a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation areas, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our home is the perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. We can't wait to welcome you! Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire 3BR/1BA home, with the exception of the basement. That means you can enjoy our stylish and modern furnishings, high-speed wifi, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and dedicated office space. You'll also have your own side of the driveway for convenient parking of your car. At our home, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. And with a prime location close to shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation areas, you'll be perfectly situated to explore all that Oshawa, Ontario has to offer. We can't wait to welcome you! Other things to note By booking, you agree to all of the house rules listed on our listing and rental agreement. Here it is again for your reference: By booking, you agree to all of the following house rules: *All guests are required to provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. A driver's license or passport is an acceptable form of ID. Cancellation policies apply. Check-In Time: 5 PM Check-Out Time: 10 AM 1) NO smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1000 fee to de-smoke the house. 2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 pm, and check-out is 10 am. If you'd like an early check-in at 3:00 pm and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24hrs in advance and send us $40 via the Airbnb platform so that we can authorize this for you. 3) We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: 1-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $300; 30+ nights: $500. 4) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. 5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 6) Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay—no more than 8 people in the home at one time. 7) Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay. 8) Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM 9) Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night 10) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - the price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but pick up your trash and put everything where you found it! 11) Do not wash hair down the drain. 12) We require a $300 security deposit for stays 20 nights or longer and an extra cleaning fee of $100 for an extended stay (20+ days) 13) We charge a $150 security deposit for any same-day/day-before reservations. 14) There is a $150 charge for losing, damaging or missing the key fob/home key 15) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 16) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 17) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas. 18) No food or drinks in the bedrooms. *We provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. *Welcome to your charming house! The basement is occupied by other guests and they do not have access to your unit at any time. While you may hear them during the day, we have taken extra measures to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for you. We kindly request quiet hours after 10 PM, allowing you to unwind and relax without disturbance. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're confident you'll have a wonderful experience during your stay with us. *At our newly renovated home, we take great pride in ensuring that everything is in top condition for our guests. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. We kindly request that any such issues be reported to us so that we may address them promptly and to the best of our ability. Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only *For stays longer than 10 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 1-3 hours. We will provide 24 hours' notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency or when necessary for the builder to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay. *Kindly be advised that the ongoing landscaping and exterior endeavours are currently underway.
