This is it! This is the place your family and friends want to return to every year! This 3-bedroom, 4-season cottage features a spacious deck with stunning lake views. Watch the kids play, listen to the birds, and catch sunsets over beautiful Stoco Lake—famous for fishing year-round. Tweed is minutes away for activities and supplies. Whether it’s summer fun or cozy winter retreats, this secluded spot offers the best of cottage country. Unwind by the firepit and make lasting memories! The space The cottage was built less than 10 years ago and has heating and air conditioning. There is a full kitchen, a dining table with seating for 8, and a living room with smart tv and a wood burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other has two twin XL beds that can be pushed together to make a king size bed. The primary bedroom is a loft with a queen size bed and a double sofabed. There is also a bathroom, laundry room, tv, and ceiling fan. There are three cottages on the property. The little one closest to the road is under renovation. The other is used by the owner and his guests. The largest cottage is all yours. There are two docks on the property. One is great for swimming or launching paddle craft. The other is a boat dock that can accommodate a vessel up to 18-21' in length. You have use of a paddle boat, a canoe, and two kid-size kayaks. Please bring life jackets of an appropriate size. The property owner's powerboat is not available for use. Guest access The cottage and deck with barbecue are for your exclusive use. The docks and firepit are shared with the owner's cottage. There is one locked supply cupboard. Other things to note We supply blankets and pillows. Please bring your own sheets, towels, teatowels, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. You should also find salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few spices but please bring anything else you need. Please bring your own toiletries. We'll send you a suggested packing list before you come. We are right on the water. Please keep an eye on your kids and pets at all times when outside. We are in the country - there will be bugs! Bring insect repellent and sunscreen. If you and/or your dog go walking in the woods, remember to check for ticks when you get back. Cats should be kept indoors at all times. Please bring firewood for the fireplace indoors and firepit outdoors. There is one propane tank for the barbecue but you may need to refill it during your stay.
