Welcome to our brand new cabins here at pleasant river campground !!! This specific cabin has a queen bed in one room and 4 single bunk beds in the other room. We have 6 cabins here with a variety of layouts. All cabins are two bedrooms and they come with either one queen and a full, a queen bed in one room and 4 bunks in the other, or our biggest loft cabin has a queen bed in one room, a loft with two full size mattresses and a full size mattress in the other room. All cabins are 400 sqft The space Please read the entire description prior to booking to ensure all questions are answered 😊 Only cabins 1 , 3 , 5 are pet friendly. No pets allowed in any other cabins except 1,3,5. We are 10 miles, 15 minutes from Sunday river. Each cabin comes with a full (but tiny) kitchen, a full Bath and two bedrooms. Each cabin also has a futon that turns into a full size mattress in the living room. Each cabin is 399 sqft There’s a smart TV in each living room and there’s also a TV in the primary of each cabin as well. The cabins are located inside pleasant River campground which is open year round but has summer only seasonal amenities. We have an outdoor playground , two volley ball courts, pavilion, cornhole, arcade games , canoes , kayaks. This cabin consists of two bedrooms. One has a full bed and the other has 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunks) These are real log cabins on wheels so space for utilities are slim to none, each cabin has a 20 gallon hot water tank so if you take long showers you will need to wait a few minutes between each shower to get hot water. The HVAC condenser is attached to the front of cabin (on one bedrooms side) since it’s mobile and it does have a hum to it when it’s really cold outside. We have a white noise machine in that bedroom if you are a light sleeper. All cabins come with linens & towels for your stay There is also a pool on property that’s used by guests of the campground. The pool is seasonal and is open from the middle of June to middle of September. Guest access ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire cabin, as well as the numerous amenities on offer at the campground. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack that includes coffee and other essential items. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available onsite. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a laptop-friendly workspace in the kitchen. ✹ PET FRIENDLY: Bring your furry friends along! (we charge an extra fee ) ✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Cabin guests will have access to all campground amenities, including the seasonal pool, boat rentals, volleyball courts, and more. Note that most of these amenities are seasonal (available June-August). Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we look forward to hosting you! Other things to note These are real log cabins (on wheels) and they have a few little quirks to them - They love to retain moisture ! You will see moisture on the windows. You’re more than welcome to wipe it off but know it comes back very fast. We have dehumidifiers running in each cabin, please keep these running 24/7. Please also keep the bathroom fan running even after you’ve finished a shower. - They have small hot water tanks (20 gallons) if you take long showers you’ll need to wait a few before the next person can shower - The HVAC condenser is attached to the cabin due to them being mobile. When it’s super cold out you’ll hear a noise from the condenser. If you’re a light sleeper we have a white noise machine in that bedroom. - The floors are chilly ! We have backup generators to get heat going if power is out for a long period of time.
