Snowmobilers & Hunters stay right off of ITS 85 on the border of WMD Zones 2 & 3 and just minutes from 5 & 6 in Portage Lake located right up the road from landmarks Coffin’s and Dean’s restaurant this is a great starting point for your trips & hunts in “The County” 2 bed, full bath, full kitchen this is a great spot for small groups. There is a large sectional couch which can easily sleep another person. Starlink internet access and an Amazon fire TV there for when you're not outside. The space This apartment is located above the garage, has its own separate entrance with digital keypad. The entrance is located up a set of stairs, the stairs are wooden and do creak a little bit. We had a concrete support poured under the main support beam so it's sturdy, we carried the couch and a water heater up and had about 600lbs going up and down at once and have not had any issues but one of our guests did make mention it made her a little uneasy so I wanted to bring that to everyones attention. The space has 2 bedrooms One with a full size bed, and one that has a bunk bed and another single bed. There is a full bath with washer & dryer as well as a full kitchen with coffee maker (grounds not pods) and Starlink internet to stream on the Amazon Fire TV. Direct trail access in back yard to ITS 85. Located right on the line of WMD Zone's 2 &3 while being extremely close to Zones 5 &6 There is space on site to park a large snowmobile trailer, and the property comes with a game pole for your use during hunting season. Our goal is to provide a clean and affordable place for you to rest your head during your stay in Portage Lake. Guest access The apartment is located above the garage and doesn't have access to the main house, feel free to enjoy the apartment and the yard.
