Guest access Guests have full access to the home, with the exception of a locked storage closet. There is a private driveway and private yard for the guests enjoyment. Other things to note We are a dog-friendly property and welcome well-trained, housebroken dogs (maximum of two). Guests planning to bring their furry friends must inform us at the time of booking. A $125 pet fee per dog applies, which does not cover damages or yard cleanup. Please note that cats are not permitted due to potential guest allergies. For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside, near any exterior doors, or anywhere cigarette butts may be discarded. South Portland short term registration number: 2025-0020 Guest parking is the driveway on the left side of the house. Emergency exits are located in the front, back and side of the building. Trash and Recycling: Trash can be place in green bin and recycling in the blue bin at the top of the ramp of the side entrance.
