Bring the whole family to this great place for year round fun. The space The private space is the basement level of a three story home. This includes the kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom, theater, the king room, and the bunk bed nook. The shared space is the outdoor area. Our family of six lives on the upper two floors. For sleeping arrangements it contains one bedroom with a king size bed, a home theater that serves as another bed room with a fold out couch and another standard couch, a small nook with twin xl bunk beds, lastly two small couches and one fullsize air mattress in the open area. If requested, I can provide additional mattresses and/or a mini crib. Guest access The entrance to your space is down the stairs in the backyard. A locked door divides your space from the main levels above. Other things to note While uncommon, if the noise level from our family exceeds a comfortable threshold please let us know immediately. We work diligently to fulfill all of our guest expectations.
