The space Peneco Beach Apartment Old Town is a one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Albufeira's Old Town, 150 meters from Peneco Beach/Tunel. The privileged location, the terrace with city views, and the modern style make this apartment the ideal place to spend your vacation in Albufeira. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building accessed by stairs. It features a large, sunny terrace overlooking the city, with a dining table and lounge chairs. It also features a cozy living and dining room open to the modern, fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment accommodates 4 guests (maximum 3 adults) and was fully renovated and decorated in 2025. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (200*160cm) and is equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath towels. The apartment also features a first aid kit, a smoke detector, a safe for storing personal belongings, a key safe in case of late entry, an ironing board, and an iron. Other things to note This apartment enjoys a privileged location, centrally located, a 3-minute walk from the iconic Peneco/Tunes beach and Albufeira's historic center, where there are year-round entertainment and shops. About 100 meters from the apartment, you'll find supermarket, a bus stop, traditional shops, bars, restaurants, and an ATM. The Albufeira marina is less than 2 kilometers away (20 minutes on foot). The Alves de Sousa pharmacy is located 500m away and the public hospital is 2.5km from the property. The municipality of Albufeira is located along the coast and in the center of the Algarve. It has been highly sought after by tourists since the 1960s and is already a reference in world tourism for its gastronomy, entertainment and beaches. It has around 30km of coastline and some beaches that are well-known for their unique characteristics, such as Praia dos Olhos de Água, where there are freshwater springs on the beach. Other well-known beaches are Oura Beach, Falésia Beach, Fishermen's Beach and Peneco Beach.
