The suite includes a functional kitchen for simple meals and free street parking. We are a fully BC and city-licensed short-term rental, ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway. Close to lakes, wineries, and outdoor activities. Note: We live upstairs, but the suite is completely private. The space This is a bright and comfortable walk-out guest suite with a private entrance, located in a quiet residential neighborhood (Sendero Canyon). The suite is completely separate with its own kitchen and laundry — perfect for both short and extended stays. Winter Access Our neighborhood is situated on a hill. During snowy winter days, the road leading into the area can be a bit slippery, so careful driving is recommended. The home itself is on flat ground with convenient street parking available right in front, making access easy once you arrive. Cozy Outdoor Seating Area While our property doesn’t have a dedicated private outdoor space, we’ve set up an open patio seating area near the front door of the main house. It’s not fully private, but it’s a comfortable spot to sit and relax for a short while. Please note that this area is not suitable for cooking or dining. It’s perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a light break outside. A host family lives upstairs in the main house, so you may hear occasional light sounds from daily living. We always aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We hope you feel at home during your visit to Penticton! Other things to note Pet Policy Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets in our guest suite. Thank you for understanding! Security Devices To reassure our guests — there are no cameras in or near the guest suite entrance and no cameras monitoring any guest-accessible areas. For general property safety, we do have outdoor cameras covering the driveway, front entrances, backyard, and side yard, as well as a few cameras inside our private home only, which is completely separate and not accessible to guests.
