No illicit drugs Use or possession of illegal substances will result in immediate removal and report to authorities. 2. No unauthorized guests or parties Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. • Unauthorized overnight guests: $70 per person, per night • Parties or social gatherings are not permitted 3. Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM Please respect our peaceful residential neighborhood. • Loud music, yelling, or disruptions after 9 PM may result in a fee of up to $200 per incident 4. No smoking indoors • Indoor smoking will incur a $200 deep-cleaning fee • You may smoke outside — please dispose of cigarette butts properly 5. No pets Sorry, no pets allowed in the suite. 6. False alarms / safety disruptions Causing a false alarm or other safety-related incident may result in a $150–$250 fee, depending on the situation. 7. Late departures Please check out by the agreed time. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in a $100 fee 8. Respect the space Please treat the suite and furnishings with care. Any damage, excessive mess, or rule violations may result in additional charges for repairs or professional cleaning. ⸻ Note: This basement suite has its own private entrance.
