The space Welcome to Your Ultimate Poconos Getaway! Perfect for families or groups, this serene retreat sleeps up to 13 guests with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. Bedroom 1 - KING bed w/ on suite Bedroom 2 - QUEEN & FULL Bedroom 3- KING bed Bedroom 4- QUEEN bed Bedroom 5- QUEEN & FULL w/ on suite Nestled among the trees with breathtaking views all year round, this property boasts a private pool, hot tub, hammocks, cornhole, mega outdoor playset for the kids, creating the perfect atmosphere for peace and tranquility. Spend your days enjoying the volleyball court, lounging by the pool, or exploring nearby Pocono attractions. Evenings are magical with a fire pit, ideal for s’mores and stargazing under the clear night skies. Inside, the spacious, open-concept layout is designed for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, so everyone stays connected. Cozy up with a selection of board games or simply relax and enjoy the serenity of your surroundings. Guest access HOT TUB: Please ensure the top is closed when the spa is not in use. For those looking to enjoy our fire pit, remember that wood is not provided. We kindly ask you to purchase your own firewood. However, if you happen to find wood on the property, or want to walk around the home and collect wood feel free to use it for your fireside gatherings. NO SMOKING INSDIE HOUSE- To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we have a strict no smoking policy inside the house. If any smell or evidence of smoke is detected after your stay. A $300 smoking fee will be charged for any violations. Feel free to smoke OUTSIDE only. Other things to note Please be mindful that this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with close proximity to our neighbors. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that you always respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels low and maintaining courtesy at all times. Additionally, please drive slowly and carefully through the block to ensure safety in the area. *Pool will be closed mid September and re opened in May* We gladly welcome pets to our home. Kindly add the $150 (Per stay) pet fee to your booking to ensure a hassle-free stay (Max 2 pets). This fee is separate from the cleaning fee.
