The Moorings offers everything a waterfront home should with over 219 feet of water frontage with a dock that allows for a boat up to 40 feet. The intercostal waterways are just around the corner and the Gulf of Mexico not much further. No boat, no problem! Bring your fishing pole and drop a line from the private dock. Bask in the breeze off the Bayou and take in the Old Florida feel as the fishing is plentiful in the Manatee River, home to snook, redfish, and trout. Enjoy a peaceful float in your private pool, or take an afternoon snooze as you occasionally listen to the sounds of the swaying palms and gently breaking waves lap against the seawall. The evening isn’t complete without a cold beverage, grilling your catch of the day, and watching the game on the outdoor TV. Natural light fills the home and the kitchen with sliders that open up to the second story lanai, which overlooks the entire canal and bayou.
