The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub. The space There are two steps to enter the barn, inside is all on one level. The bedroom, shower room, lounge and kitchen are separate rooms. The lounge has a vaulted beamed ceiling adding to the spacious feel, with a log burner in the corner. Guest access When you arrive, please park by the yellow cone. The entrance to The Barn is at the rear of the property (the pathway is illuminated). Upon booking we will send instructions about the key. Other things to note The log fired hot tub is available at an extra cost of £50 per night (payable separately in advance by bank transfer) . Logs for one night will be provided (thereafter logs are £10 a bag). The hot tub takes approximately two hours to heat up - please allow for this in your schedule.
